With S.MAINT, you can track an unlimited number of equipment pieces. Management is easier than ever, as you can use custom fields providing full flexibility to store information unique to your equipment, such as a description, make, model, serial number, photos, and more for each piece of equipment. Metrics include hours, miles, kilometers, revolutions, gallons, counts, copies, or define your own customized meter type for any piece of equipment.
S.MAINT Equipment Card is a user-friendly, tree-like structure, which allows you to categorize and quickly locate your equipment.

S.MAINT makes it easy to see when an asset or piece of equipment is due for service. Automated and color-coded preventive maintenance alerts will automatically display upon program startup or notify you over Email and/or SMS. Equipment due (or overdue) for service will be shaded red, while equipment soon due for service will be shaded yellow. This provides an excellent visualization of actual situation.

Work Orders
GENERATE AND MONITOR WORK ORDERS
The work order system generates work orders based on the maintenance time for each piece of equipment. S.MAINT automatically adds the necessary PM, CM, and associated parts to the work order. (You may also create work orders manually is required)
After the work has been performed, and you close the work order, S.MAINT automatically updates all related services for that asset or equipment and stores the entire work order in the history database. Work order reports complete this feature, by allowing you to view the data in detailed and executive formats
